Well here's the second issue of the magazine that tries to rekindle the fire that burnt in us all during our heady College days (writes David Patrick, 48, mother of seven). We hope that over the coming issues, we can remember the heartaches, the pains, the horror, the blood, the toilet training but, above all, we hope to recapture some of the good times from our years with the Hatfield Drama Society. But now, lets take a trip down memory lane with a second introduction...
Second Introduction
Those of you who notice things like dates, time and stuff will be aware that this publication was promised many moons ago, sorry we just got a little sidetracked. Let's just be thankful for the old adage "Better late than Never". So throw your mittens round your kittens and away we go into the News Round up. A section where we catch up with all the news that has been occurring in that inimitable way that news has of occurring, since we last spoke. NOW.
News Round Up
Paul Gidley has recently entered into a multi-pound deal with muscleman-cum-musician Chris Hanham. The new partnership will feature electronic based sounds, but will not in any way involve covers of Pet Shop Boys' songs. Their first single entitled ' It's A Sin to Go West End Shopping in Suburbia' is released later this decade.
In one of the year's more bizarre relationships, it was announced earlier this month that the sexy stunner Kath Hallet, 22, will tie the knot with Bob Holness, top model and quizmaster of the never-popular "game" show 'Blockbusters'. Kath and Bob will be married in July and are expected to honeymoon in Slough. Ken Rodrigues is 11.
Yes, it's true, Kath Whibley, whose legs were the main feature in Easter 1991's production of 'The Boyfriend" has been located alive and well. Kath now works as bricklayer in Grimsby and those who wish to make contact with her can write to David Patrick, who visits her once a week at the Maximum Security Wing in Pentonville.
Veiled hints are abroad that cuddly Simon Smith, 2, mother of 107, Justin 'Justin' Flute, 12, and vivacious starlet Simon Bennett, 65, are set to roll cameras on more than one, less than three and possibly as many as two new film projects this summer. The wraps are on as to the actual subjects of these new masterworks, although the recent casting of sex kitten Belinda 'Busty' Ballcracker as a presentation wicker basket has just been confirmed. When our reporters approached the trio of testy Tarantinoids they ran away.
