Hatfield House was set to feature in the first annual Madhatters Weekend.

Unfortunately the booking fell through at the last minute, however not being one to waste a good headline we've carried the picture and story anyway. Fret ye not though - the Hatfield House banquet was only one amongst thousands of ideas. The first annual Madhatters reunion (well you do anything once in Drama and it becomes tradition) is finally about to take place!

Madhatters is organising a large get together during the second weekend of December. Everyone is invited including any guests/ partners you may wish to bring, all we need from you is some confirmation in advance of your attendance (oh yes and a deposit of £5 per person for the meal/ surprise event on the Friday). The timetable is as follows:

Friday 8th Dec: Large Party and surprise Event. A deposit of £5 will be required for this.

Saturday 9th Dec: Get Together in Hatfield, hiring the Elehouse on campus, we will have video clips (featuring nostalga half hour!), assorted silly games, possibly some sort of dancing and a great opportunity to get trolleyed and see every one again!

For those who want to see the Panto on the Thursday 7th, please give us a ring and we will arrange tickets. Accommodation will be arranged based on numbers (we should hopefully be able to put people up in Houses or rooms in Halls, aarrgghh - don't worry Pembroke has finally been demolished, honest). If you can only come on one of the nights then that's no problem. What is important is that you do get in touch before 20th October, so we can make the necessary bookings and get back to you on arrangements.
