Just a quick note to say I think it's brilliant that MH is organising a reunion, it'll be great to see everyone again.
I must be mad being a student again, I'm sure I vowed after my degree not to do any more studying. I'm actually really enjoying nursing, seeing lots of interesting things &having lots of gross stories to tell! Hope everything is going well for the reunion.

Hello Dave
It shmee your old mate Martin. thanks very much for dropping me a line, I was flabergasted to see so many old faces in Madhatters. And thanks for finding a really nice piccy of me, I believe the heroin addict image is still in vogue!!
I left good old blighty 3 months after graduation to sell electronic components in Southern Africa. It was that or the dole queue! Since I have been here as you will have read I have managed to overthrow the apartheid system, install a democratic government, persuade Mick Jagger to play a gig and win the Rugby World Cup!! All this with only a 2.2 and a Newcastle Brown Ale fetish,
Incidentally if you have a few spare bottles of Dog, please send them to me, and I will repay you in cheap lager and autographed pictures of Winnie Mandela.
I have fond memories of my Hatfield days! Can you miss flats with ice inside the window, the smell of sweat in the Font on a Friday night, waking up in the morning (late afternoon?)with a Kebab on your pillow (How was it for you Donner!) and of course soggy Elehouse pie and chips!!??
This month the house I built with my girlfriend was completed, and I moved into a new era - that of being a respectable homeowner!! ARRRRGGGHHH! Everything I always feared.
Hope all goes well, if you ever visit SA feel free to pop in and use my Toilet. Best wishes to all Madhatters everywhere.
Cheerio, Martin Brabham (Aged 25 and a bit, South Africa)
Dear Dave/ Madhatters,
I'm fine how the hell are you? I would love to come to the bash but I don't get back from Germany until 16th Dec. bit shit really, I like the newsletter - that's pretty smart. Good luck with the event and I'll see you in the new year if not before. Thanks for the letter,
Chris Niker (Hamburg)
