Geordie Junior...... A couple who recently moved to the wind swept hills of County Durham have announced that they are to have a baby in early August. Nick and Sarah Wiggins are said to be thrilled by the news, although somewhat nervous of the impending sleep depravation. Speaking earlier today, Mr. Wiggins said "As I reach my thirties I hope to down my tools and come up from t' pit. These last twenty years have been hard graft, and I look forward to Wiggins Junior taking my place at the coal face - hopefully in five or six years". Mrs. Wiggins added, "Just grow up, Nick". The couple, who are currently taking evening classes to master the native language, are very excited - with possible names to include Ant, Dec and Gazza. Pigeon & Whippet Weekly 28/01/2002
